Year one on a $2,500 rent

Illustrative only, on the Gold plan. This home stays leased all 12 months and starts with one new lease. A vacant month or no new lease changes the math.

On Silver, the same year is $2,400 in management plus the $2,500 leasing fee and $99 setup, plus any inspection charges ($125 per inspection). On Platinum, it is $3,600 plus the $2,500 leasing fee.

Questions

When is the monthly fee charged?Only on rent we actually collect. On a $2,500 month, Silver is $200, Gold is $250 and Platinum is $300. If no rent comes in that month, the fee is $0. Not sure what to charge? See what to charge for rent in Broward.
What does the leasing fee cover?Pricing the home, marketing it, showings, screening, and writing the lease. It’s one month of rent on every plan, charged when a new lease is signed.

Which plan is most popular?Gold is our most popular plan. It covers the day-to-day work with no setup, inspection or renewal charges. Platinum adds a second inspection each year and bigger discounts on maintenance services.
