Melecia Johnson started in 2007 managing her own investment properties. Today Damelecia manages Broward County rentals for owners and investors. That origin still defines how we work: we do not see your property as a line item, because Melecia started out as a rental owner herself.
Today we manage 50+ residential doors across Broward County and Boca Raton, backed by a licensed Florida brokerage and owner-led operations. We handle long-term residential rentals only – single-family homes, townhomes, and condos – with the firsthand investor experience that comes from Melecia managing her own investment properties first.
