    Vacant months: $0

    When the home is vacant and no rent is collected, you pay $0 management fee for that month.

  • 02

    Fee simplicity

    Gold plan: 10% of rent collected. One-month leasing fee on a new lease. No renewal or setup fee on Gold. No maintenance markup on any plan.

  • 03

    Screening standard

    Verified household income of at least 2.5× the monthly rent, plus credit, background, employment and rental-history checks. All under Fair Housing law.
