Damelecia, Inc. started as a private property investment venture more than
a decade ago and grew into a full-service residential property management
company serving Broward County and South Florida. We've spent that decade
in the field — placing tenants, handling maintenance calls at 11pm,

Today we manage a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, and 2–4
