There's no cap on how many referrals you can send, no minimum portfolio

signs their management agreement and we collect their first month's rent,
your $500 referral fee is on its way.

Yes, Damelecia is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage and we do
handle real estate transactions. But for clients you refer to us through
this program, we make a written commitment: we will not solicit your
referred client for any sale or purchase transaction. When they're ready
to sell their rental, buy another investment property, or move into
something new, we refer them straight back to you. Every time.
We put that commitment in writing in our referral partnership agreement,
which spells out:
• Your $500 referral fee, paid after first month's rent collection
• Our written non-solicitation commitment for the referred client
• Our commitment to refer the client back to you for any future
real estate transaction
• Clear terms on how the partnership works, with no fine print

throughout the process. We never pressure your client — they choose

Step 3 — You get paid
Once your client signs a management agreement and we collect their first
month's rent, your $500 referral fee is processed. No quotas, no limits,
no expiration dates on the partnership.

How much do I earn per referral?
$500 for every new client who signs a property management agreement with
Damelecia. There's no cap on the number of referrals.
When do I get paid?
Your $500 referral fee is paid after your client signs the management
agreement and we collect their first month's rent. Typically within 30-45
days of the initial referral.
Will Damelecia try to sell my client's property?
No. While Damelecia is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage that does handle transactions, our referral partnership agreement includes a written non-solicitation commitment for every client you refer through this program. When your referred client wants to buy or sell, we refer them straight back to you. Every time.
Is there a written agreement?
Yes. Every realtor partner receives a written referral partnership
agreement that spells out the referral fee, payment terms, and our
commitment to refer your client back to you for future sales.
Do I need a Florida real estate license to participate?
You must hold an active Florida real estate license to receive referral
fees under Florida law. Real estate referral payments are regulated by
the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).
What types of clients should I refer?
Owners of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and 2-4 unit residential
properties anywhere in Broward County. We don't manage commercial
properties or large multifamily buildings.
What if my client isn't sure about hiring a property manager?
Send them anyway. We offer a free rental analysis with no commitment.
If they decide not to work with us, you've cost them nothing — and they
remember the introduction.
Is there a limit on how many clients I can refer?
No cap. Refer as many as you want. Every signed agreement = $500.
