Melecia Johnson, Broker & Property Manager, started in 2007 managing her own investment properties. Today Damelecia manages Broward County rentals for owners and investors. She leads a licensed Florida brokerage – owner-led, not a call-center franchise.

- Leasing & marketing – showings and Florida-compliant lease placement; verified household income of at least 2.5x monthly rent, plus credit, background, employment, and prior-landlord checks where history exists – under Fair Housing law.
- Rent collection & reporting – online tenant payments, late-fee enforcement when needed, owner remittance on a fixed schedule, monthly statements, and year-end 1099s.
- Maintenance coordination – ManageBuilding triage and vetted local specialists; you pay the vendor invoice with no Damelecia percentage markup; you set an approval threshold.
- Owner portal – statements, documents, maintenance history, and financial reports on ManageBuilding.
