Luxury Home Watch is for owners who leave a residence empty while they’re away. We schedule interior and exterior checks, note issues early, and coordinate trusted local vendors when something needs attention – so a leak, storm debris, or system fault is caught before it becomes a larger repair.

Long-term PM is separate
For leased residential property management in Broward County and Boca Raton, our published PM fees are:
a custom luxury package for homes renting $8,000+/mo: 10% of rent collected plus a $5,000 flat leasing fee – no markup on any plan – Standard plans and fees are on our pricing page
