- Trigger – NEW Damelecia management agreement must be signed
- Payment – after Damelecia receives the first month’s management fee, and after a completed IRS Form W-9 is on file
- Per property – one referral fee per property / new management agreement; no stated cap on qualifying referrals

Referral FAQ
When do I get paid?
When a NEW management agreement is signed, and paid after Damelecia receives the first month’s management fee and a completed IRS Form W-9 is on file. We do not publish a fixed day-count online.
Will you solicit my owner for a listing?
No. Damelecia property management will not solicit the referred owner to list or sell through Damelecia’s sales brand. When they are ready to sell, we point them back to you.
Do I need a W-9?
Yes. Payment requires a completed IRS Form W-9 on file for payment processing and tax reporting.
What if the owner doesn’t sign?
No referral fee is owed unless a new Damelecia management agreement is signed and Damelecia receives the first month’s management fee.
Do you manage outside Broward or Boca?
Property management focus is Broward County and Boca Raton for long-term residential. Call if you have a question about a specific address.
Can I refer the same property twice?
One referral fee per property / new management agreement. You may refer additional owners – there is no stated cap on qualifying referrals.
Who is eligible?
Active Florida-licensed real estate agents referring Broward County or Boca Raton long-term residential properties.
How do I introduce if the owner is overseas?
Call (954) 860-7493 or use the intro form on this page. Damion (ops) and Melecia (Broker of Record) coordinate phone, email, or WhatsApp by arrangement for remote owners. Statements and work orders stay in ManageBuilding. We do not publish a WhatsApp deep-link on this page until the ops number is cleared.
